By using List Bunny (listbunny.com) you agree to the terms below. We've kept the legal-speak to a minimum.

The service

List Bunny is a free, no-account-needed tool for browsing curated ranked lists, generating new lists from search topics, and watching auto-narrated list slideshows. Most lists are user-voted; some are generated automatically. Both are public.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Submit votes from automated scripts or bots.
• Generate lists in volume designed to spam the catalog.
• Use the site to harass or target individuals.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the Cloud Functions or Firestore beyond normal browser interaction.
• Post content that's illegal, threatens real people, or infringes copyrights.

We reserve the right to remove any list, item, vote, or anonymous account that violates the above, without notice.

User-generated content

When you generate a list or cast votes, that content becomes public and visible to other visitors. By contributing, you grant List Bunny a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display, format, and reorder your contributions as part of the public catalog. You retain authorship in any meaningful sense; we just need permission to display.

We don't claim ownership of the underlying topics — "best soccer players" is a topic anyone is free to publish anywhere.

AI-generated content

When the site generates a list using AI, the output is best-effort and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated facts. Don't rely on List Bunny for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

Third-party content

Item images, descriptions, and links may point to or be sourced from third parties (Wikipedia, Wikimedia, the public web). List Bunny is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of those sources.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" with no warranties, express or implied. Lists may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. The site may go down without notice. The watch / slideshow may fail to load on certain browsers or devices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operators of List Bunny will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Substantive changes will be flagged on the homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
